You must agree to the Cyber Art Gallery terms and conditions in order to register.

The services provided by Cyber Art Gallery are not available to minors and/or those individuals under the age of 18 years old and any other individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Buyers and sellers must consider carefully whether they want to place an item for auction/sale or bid for an item. Placing an item for auction and/or other sale obligates a seller to sell the item to the highest bidder.  Bidding on an item obligates an individual to buy at the bid price if that bid is the highest bid made by all bidders in a standard auction, or if the highest bid exceeds the seller's reserve
. The high bidder is obligated to complete the transaction if the bid is accepted. Bids may not be retracted except under certain situations such as an obvious typographical error or a material change to the auction listing made by the seller, or if the bidder cannot authenticate the seller's identity. Cyber Art Gallery will not retract a bid on an auction that has already closed.  Winning bidders  who refuse to pay or otherwise complete a sales transaction, and any other Members who abuse the Service or otherwise act contrary to Cyber Art Gallery's terms, conditions  may be denied continued Membership at Cyber Art Gallery's sole discretion. Any party engaging in illegal activities involving the use of Cyber Art Gallery and its services will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

Cyber Art Gallery does not own or handle the merchandise sold through its service. As a result, Cyber Art Gallery has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed for auction or the truth or accuracy of the auction listings or item descriptions. Cyber Art Gallery cannot force sellers to sell their merchandise and cannot force bidders to purchase the merchandise successfully bid on.
